Here at Solutions for Life Management, we are proud to offer clients convenient online video appointments. You can access our services from the comfort of your own home or office, or even on the go, via most computer or mobile devices with a stable internet connection.
The video consultations are powered by OnCall Health, a Canadian company that is committed to complete privacy between healthcare providers and their clients, using encrypted video conferencing and messaging on our PHIPA/HIPPA compliant platform.
Once we’re ready to go, you will receive an e-mail invitation prompting you to get started.
If you have any questions along the way OnCall has a great support team who is always available to help. You can contact them by e-mailing support@oncallhealth.ca or calling (888) 687-9288 ext. 1. Their online support forum also contains useful guides and videos. You can access it by clicking here.

Step 1: Before your first appointment, you will receive an email prompting you to create an account. Click the link in the email to get started!
Step 2: Follow the prompts on screen to get setup. It is recommended you do this at least 24hrs before your first appointment, if possible.
This will enable you to get set up and be comfortable with your welcome and microphone. It will enable you to ensure that each device is working so that our video session will be seamless. In case you need, here are the following online tools:
Step 3: Log in 10 minutes or sooner of your appointment time to join the call! Dr. Michael Haggstrom will connect with you via secure video at the time of the appointment.
